Product Description

casing and tubing coupling bucking unit is widely applicable for casing and tubing manufacturing, and oil field service. Among these, the TJA series is the most representative casing and tubing-making equipment with the most mature technology and the most advanced structure. The bucking unit follows API tubing thread connection requirements, especially suitable for screw-in screw-out of multiple kinds of coupling. Never-stick gripping mechanism and precise torque-control system provide the whole computer monitor during the screwing process. Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic are available and feature a large range, high torque, and long service life, and are safe and reliable. The product has been awarded a national invention patent.
With a slight mark and the depth of being less than 0.1mm, the floating arm tong is able to inspect the make-up torque precisely and display the torque of the inflection point clearly during the make-up process. It changes speed automatically during the make-up process and the low rotation speed is lower than 10r/min. It is thus applied to the processing demand of premium threads.

The stepless speed change can be realized by adjusting the power tong to rotate at any speed within the range of 0.5r/min~12.5r/min in combination with the electrical control system and hydraulic power system. During making-up, the speed inversely slows down as the torque increases, it rotates at a high speed when the torque is small for the purpose of ensuring the making-up efficiency, when the torque is large, the speed will steadily slow down, which strictly meets the API Specification, ensuring the making-up process not exceed the set torque.
