Audited Supplier Kelly valve also named Kelly cock or drill pipe safety valve. It is a hand control valve in drill string circulating system and it is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout. Kelly valve is divided into Upper Kelly Valve and Lower Kelly Valve. Upper Kelly Valve is connected between swivel sub and Kelly. Lower Kelly valve is connected between lower end of Kelly and top of drill pipe or lower end of Kelly save sub. Rotating the wrench of full opening safety valve 90° to realize on and off. In the drilling operation, in order to avoid malignant accidents, Kelly valves should be connected to both end of Kelly to prevent loss of drilling fluid and blowout.
Kelly valve is a manually operated ball type valve for the drill stem, divided into upper and lower sections. The upper Kelly valve is connected between lower end of swivel and upper end of Kelly. The lower Kelly valve is connected between upper end of drill pipe and lower end of Kelly or lower end of Kelly saver subs. The Kelly valve can be opened or closed off by simply turning a special operating wrench 90° according to indicated direction.
The sealing principle for Kelly valve is to ensure a close seat between the ball and the ball seat. The lower seat is supported by a spring. The force provided by the spring keep the ball securely in place with lower seat. During normal drilling operation, the hole is kept unblocked by turning the
stem to "on" position; In case of kick or blowout, turn the operating stem to "off" position to close off the internal bore of drill string, the kick or blowout accident is avoided due to a high pressure sealing situation between ball and the ball seat.

2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Western Union are the most usual ways we are used.
3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details and production details by email or TM. Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do a prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit them to our customer or replace them in the next shipment.
5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into the next step production procedure.
