Junk Basket

Description: 
Junk Basket is designed to remove all types of small junk objects from the well hole. The tool's main feature is that it eliminates the possibility of pulling a wet string during fishing operation with its reverse drainage design. Junk basket is normally attached at the bottom of the fishing string, lowered to a point several feet from the bottom of the well. Begin circulation of the junk basket to wash the hole. Stop circulation and drop the steel ball. (When the steel ball is dropped into the valve seat, reverse fluid circulation is activated. The fluid travels outward and downward through the inner passage of the barrel and out through the vents in the lower end. The fluid is then deflected to the center of the tool and up through the return holes in the upper end of the barrel. The reverse fluid circulation carries the junk into the barrel above the junk catcher. Restart the circulation; slowly rotate the junk basket while lowering the tool until a 10-inch core has been cut. Stop rotation and circulation and pull the tool and junk from the hole.

Features:
1. A lifting sub is provided for ease of handling which includes a storage space for the steel ball used in the operation of the tool.
2. A single junk catcher is used in each assembly.
3. Itco Junk Basket may be easily converted to a fishing magnet by replacing the catchers with magnet insert.
4. Alternate Mill Shoes available are Type B and Type C.

1) How can I place order?

A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

2) How can I pay you?

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.

3) What's the order procedure?

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
