The shale shaker is dual-motor, high-frequency, linear-motion vibrating screen machine designed for fine particle separation in the oil and gas drilling, mining, and slurry separation industry. The four models are structurally similar, but differ in the number of screen panels and sizes; a shale shaker is a two-panel machine, and the shale shaker has three screen panels. The basic machine is configured with a choice of motors and a manually operated Adjustable While Drilling (AWD) feature.
A dual machine, consisting of two identical shakers fed by a common inlet feeder, is also offered. The dual machine has a central weir feeder with a bypass gate valve to facilitate screen panel changes. Suitable notations and illustrations are used where appropriate in this manual to identify differences between the single, and dual models.
Shale shaker is the first phase of solids control equipment in the drilling fluids processing system, also known as key solids control equipment in a drilling mud system, shale shaker decides the performance of the whole solids control system. Our Solids Control can design double shakers and triplicate shakers on single skids according to the client's special requirements and also supply relevant connecting manifolds, according to the current industry situation, we provide both third-generation linear motion shale shakers and fourth-generation balanced elliptical shale shakers.
The linear motion shale shaker absorbed advanced tech at home and abroad, and integrated our own design. The complete series shale shaker can meet customers' variable demand. Clients' feedback proved the advantages of this kind of shale shaker: high G-force, wide screen area, compressed structure, cost-effectiveness, etc.
