Product Description

API Hammer Union FIG1502, 602, 100, 2002, etc. Pipe Fitting Connections Butt Welded and Threaded for connecting

Product Description

High pressure union is forged and made of high strength alloy steel with imported world-class technology.

Strict heat treatment ensures uniform metallographic structure and bearing capacity in the connector. The materials used fully comply with ASTM and AISI of USA, and the technical indicates of the product with API Spec 16C standard. The product is tight and reliable, and provides easy mounting and dismantling and good exchangeability. The connector of the product allows connection for pipeline thread, oil tube thread and butt weld or pressureless seal end.

Hammer Union is mainly used in oil industry in high-pressure pipeline connection. Size 1"~5", work the pressure 7mpa to 140mpa (1000psi - 20000psi), the API 6a and 16c certification, prevent H2S union according to the NACE standard MR0175.

  • With self-locking type ACME threads design;
  • Rapid tightening and remove;
  • Made by international standard, and can be interchangeable with imported parts;
  • Seal with high pressure resistance;
  • Using cnc machine tool processing seiko degree is high;
  • Type, specification identifies marks on the wing nut.

Product Parameters

FIGURE 100

Recommended for water, oil or gas service up to 1,000 psi NSCWP 1" - 8"

  • FNPT or Buttweld
  • Fig 100 utilizes machined ball-and-cone metal sealing surfaces
  • All hammer union components are forged; the materials are dual-certified for standard service and sour (H2S) service with no reduction in pressure rating. This hammer union is available in both a standard temperature range and a low- temperature (-50 F) range.
  • Subs and wingnuts are made from the same heat of a common alloy to simplify material traceability and heat treatment processing.
  • Like parts are physically interchangeable with other manufacturers, however it is highly recommended that all components of a hammer union connection be from the same manufacturer whenever possible to ensure safe and predictable use.
  • Design calculations performed in accordance with API 6A Section 5
