Introduction 
JX Petro Polished Rod Spray Metal Polish rod dimensions conform to API Specification 11B, latest edition, and AISI Steel Products Manual. There are two types of polish rod by end shape: regular grade D polished rod and end upsetting polished rod. The regular grade D polished rods are connected by the polished rod coupling, and the end upsetting polished rods are connected to the sucker rod directly for usage.

There is another type of polished rod (spray metal polish rod), which has ultra-high tensile strength, long stoke and corrosion resistant polished rod. This type of sucker rod is made of 20CrMo alloy steel. It is heat treated by quenching and tempering and the rod surface is metal sprayed with nickel-based alloy (Ni35) to make the rod be better resistance to the corrosion and wear. JX Petro is currently capable of manufacturing Solid Polish Rod, Hollow Polish rod and spray metal polish rod. 
Polished Rods are furnished with cold-formed, fully rolled threads to provide additional strength and fatigue resistance. The cold-formed, fully rolled pin thread is produced by completely cold-forming (reshaping) the steel fibers so they follow the contour (shape) of the thread. The thread surface that results from fully rolled threads improves its resistance to corrosion and reduces abrasion within the thread. 

The work-hardened flank provides increased surface tensile, yield and shear strength. Due to the pressure deformation, a residual compressive stress system builds up at the thread root, which counteracts tensile loading. When compared to cut or burnished threads, the load capacity and corrosion and fatigue resistance of the rolled thread is significantly increased.


Application

• Polished rod is mainly used for connecting between the pumping unit and rod string in the oil well.
• The regular grade D polished rod is not used for high corrosion environments.
• The end upsetting polished rod can be used combined with sucker rod for usage.
• The corrosion resistant polished rod is used for pumping crude oil in deep wells, large displacement wells, thickened oil well and high corrosion wells.

1) How can I place order?

A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

2) How can I pay you?

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.

3) What's the order procedure?

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
