Sucker rod centralizer is a kind of downhole tools which is pumping well anti-abrasion, it is especially suitable for pumping well and directional well whcih above of sucker rod middle point,under the middle point of sucker rod , the rod body with nylon centralizer is works better. There are several types, Two pieces (separately), Snap on; twist on, and wheel type.
The sucker rod moves up and down in the tubing, due to the elastic deformation of sucker rod, rod and oil tube wall is easy to make friction, ti makes sucker rod break off easily, sucker rod centralizer has strong flexibility, touched with the tubing wall can reduce the friction of rod and tube, and can be increase production life of pumping unit. The centralizer is connected with sucker rod , the outsid diameter of centralizer is bigger than coupling outer diameter,so that can make the function of centralize. The centralizer is made of high strength wear-resistant material, and touched with the tubing to reduce the abrasion to achieve the purpose of anti-abrasion.
1.Precondition: To ensure that the temperature of the workshop is not less than -20ºC.
2.Drying: the raw material is dried in 100ºC hot air, making its humidity less than 0.1%.
3.Equipment debugging: power and water supply of equipment,then install the mould, cleaning equipment and raw material barrel.
4.Raw material melt: the melting temperature of HTN51G35HSLR.
5.Mold temperature: the mold temperature of the processed HTN51G35HSLR material is 145ºC, and the mold temperature of the processed HTN53G50HSLR is 100ºC.
6.Processing: the nozzle temperature is 290 ºC, plasticizing area one temperature is 285 ºC,plasticizing area two temperature is 275 ºC, plasticizing area three temperature is 260 ºC, injection pressure is 110 bar, flow is 90 cc/min.
7.After the first product is produced, it will be testing the size, and the batch production will be start after the testing.
