Mud Pump Parts Piston Rod

Piston rod is the main parts, which connect mud pump power end and hydraulic end. The material is 42 CrMo. We can provide piston rods with various kinds of specifications of F series, 3NB series, PZ series, and others.

A full line of Piston Rods and Pony Rods/Extension Rods are available for various pumps.

Piston Rod use high strength alloy steel and after heat treatment,it appear with high strength, non-deforming and corrosion resistant.

Extension Rod is the important part for pump transmit power from the power end to the fluid end. The extension rod is made by high-quality structural alloy steel with specified technology, after heat treatment, the extension rod appear with high mechanical performance, very smooth surface, wear resistant and corrosion resistant after heat treatment and chrome plating.
 

Features

 

1. The material of the piston rod is 45# steel or 35GrMo. It's used with pistons together. And the size of the core is included 1 5/8" and 1 1/2''.
2. Piston rods are forged using alloy steel. The intention of products is improved after heat treatment.
3. The surface of the product is zincification, nickel-plate, and plating with decorating chrome.
4. After numerical control processing, the products can meet the various demands of clients.
