Integral Fittings are used for connecting the surface manifolds. The Integral Fittings are forged from high-strength alloy steel, handled by advanced heat treatment technology, and conducted under strict factory quality control. End connections are union or thread.
Many types are available including tees, laterals, wyes, long radius swivels, ells, crosses, adapters, and union plugs. We also offer customized designs.
API 6A integral fitting includes Y-tee, 90-degree elbow, 180-degree elbow, tee, cross, laterals, and fishtails, with sizes ranging from 2" to 4" and pressures from 6000psi to 20000psi. The integral connections are made of high-strength alloy steel with all heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service life. The API 6A integral fittings have union ends for easy connection with various cementing or fracturing equipment, and welded end connectors designed as per API Spec 6A. The API 6A integral fittings are used for connection between different sizes or thread pipes.
Various models of API integral connectors for normal temperature, low temperature, and sour gas (H2S) conditions can be provided.
